Who are we and why do we do this? We are Richard and Ann Muench.
We built a large home on the California Delta in order to take care of our parents in their latter years.
Opportunities came along and we were able to purchase these 3 properties and set them up for people to enjoy. Visitors have different needs, so each propery has different amentities. All are well maintained and thoroughly cleaned prior to each visitor (that is why the cleaning fee of $75.00).
We originally only had the Delta Cottage and have advertised on VRBO. Demand has been very high, as we offer a lot for the money and have all 5 star reviews. VRBO kept raising fees, so we decided to advertise on our own website. We experience a lot of return visitors and most visitors have commented that the experience they have had with us is the best VRBO trip they have had and plan to return as often as possible.
