Delta Escapes is comprised of 3 separate and unique properties in the California Delta for short term rental. Located around Bethel Island, CA, 2 of the properties are on the water and the other is across the street from the water.
Delta Cottage - This is not directly on the water. It is a family oriented home that is suitable for family vacationing or any reason a family might want to visit the area. We have had guests for weddings, graduations, family reunions, get out of the house and work remotely for a while and just about everything else. Tournament fishermen love it because it is close to the tournament launching sites and has safe parking for their trucks and trailers.
Delta Sunrise - This is a 34' travel trailer (2 slideouts - can sleep up to 9 if some are kids). Property is on the water with cabana and boat dock directly on the water. This is a private campground. Travel trailer for your use - just bring your water toys.
Delta Tranquility - This is a cabin on a floating dock. Fully equipped and perfect for a couple looking for a romantic getaway. With central A/C and heating, full kitchen, bedroom with queen size bed and full bath, it offers privacy and a setting unlike anything in the area. The land also has a 10x40' pad for a motorhome or high end trailer with 50A full hookup for extended stays. Like a private park! Too many things to list - call for details.
